Welcome! I’m Bethany Waddle—a dedicated violinist, cellist, strings educator, and mother of three young musicians.
Music has been the thread woven through my entire life. My journey began at three years old, when I first picked up the violin. What started as childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong calling. I spent my formative years playing in church, discovering early on that music is far more than technical skill—it is a language of heart, worship, and connection.
Over the years, my musical path has taken me across states and international borders. My performance background spans decades of diverse orchestral, chamber, and solo work:
Orchestral Leadership: I have performed with ensembles including the Germantown Symphony Orchestra in Tennessee, the Point Loma Nazarene University Symphony Orchestra in California, local South Carolina orchestras, and internationally with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Trujillo, Peru.
Community & Church Ministry: Performing in church worship services has been a cornerstone of my playing since childhood, alongside symphonic praise groups and regional ensembles.
Events & Studio Work: For over 10 years, I have provided live violin and cello music for weddings, corporate gatherings, and community events.
I began teaching privately in 2014 through my studio, as well as serving as Strings Instructor at the Millington Performing Arts Academy. Teaching violin and cello allows me to pass down not just technique, but a genuine love for the instrument.
